Text Message (SMS) Program
Last Updated: June 2026
This page describes the SMS text messaging program operated by Truestead Law, LLC ("Truestead Law," "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida law firm. It explains what messages we send, how to opt in, how to get help, and how to stop messages.
What messages you will receive
If you opt in, Truestead Law, LLC may send you conversational, customer-care text messages related to your contact with the Firm, including:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-ups and replies regarding your inquiry or legal matter
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send recurring marketing campaigns through this program.
How to opt in
Opting in to text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of any service or purchase. You may opt in by either of the following:
- Website: submit the form on our Contact page and check the SMS consent box (it is unchecked by default).
- By phone: tell us during a call to (877) 867-6077 that you agree to receive text messages at your mobile number.
The consent checkbox on our Contact page reads:
Message frequency, rates, HELP and STOP
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Firm.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, call (877) 867-6077, or visit www.truesteadlaw.com.
- To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Your mobile phone number is used only to communicate with you as described above. SMS consent and your mobile information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own or any other marketing purposes, and are not sold or rented.
